CHARGEBACK POLICY

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact Graves Global Travel, LLC directly to resolve the matter.

Unauthorized chargebacks regarding valid charges may result in:

  • Collection actions

  • Legal action

  • Recovery of attorney fees

  • Recovery of administrative expenses

  • Cancellation of future travel services

You acknowledge that travel service fees are earned when services are rendered and may be non-refundable.

This section survives termination of these Terms.

 

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Supplier policies govern most cancellations and refunds.

You understand that:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable.

  • Airline tickets may be non-refundable.

  • Cruises may impose cancellation penalties.

  • Resorts and hotels may impose cancellation penalties.

If you request a cancellation or modification, the following service fees may apply:

Travel Planning Fee: Starting at $25

Consultation Fee: Starting at $50

Research Fee: Starting at $50

Change Fee: $25 per modification

Cancellation Fee: $50 per booking

Additional Supplier penalties may apply.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds are not guaranteed and remain subject to Supplier approval.

This provision survives termination of these Terms.

 

NO SHOWS

Failure to travel, board transportation, check into accommodations, or utilize booked services shall be considered a “No Show.”

No-show penalties may equal up to the full cost of travel.

No refunds shall be issued unless authorized by the Supplier.

 

ACCOMMODATIONS

Hotel and resort accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Specific room types, bedding configurations, connecting rooms, views, amenities, and special requests cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the Supplier.

Amenities such as:

  • Pools

  • Restaurants

  • Spas

  • Fitness centers

  • Elevators

  • Air conditioning

  • Wi-Fi

may be modified, unavailable, or under maintenance without notice.

Graves Global Travel, LLC is not responsible for Supplier decisions regarding accommodations.

 

AIR TRAVEL

Airline tickets may be:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Subject to change fees

  • Subject to cancellation penalties

Airlines control:

  • Flight schedules

  • Aircraft changes

  • Seat assignments

  • Delays

  • Cancellations

  • Baggage policies

Graves Global Travel, LLC is not responsible for airline operational decisions.

Travelers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing airline policies

  • Arriving on time

  • Monitoring schedule changes

  • Paying applicable baggage fees

 

CRUISE TRAVEL

Cruise reservations are subject to the cruise line’s contract of carriage and terms.

Travelers are responsible for understanding:

  • Deposit requirements

  • Final payment schedules

  • Cancellation penalties

  • Boarding requirements

  • Health requirements

Failure to comply with cruise line requirements may result in denied boarding without refund.

 

TRAVELER CONDUCT

Travelers are responsible for their conduct throughout travel.

Suppliers may refuse service or remove Travelers for:

  • Disorderly conduct

  • Harassment

  • Threatening behavior

  • Intoxication

  • Illegal activity

  • Safety violations

If a Traveler is removed from any Travel Service, the Traveler assumes full responsibility for all resulting costs.

No refund shall be required from Graves Global Travel, LLC or any Supplier.

 

DISABILITIES & SPECIAL NEEDS

Travelers requiring special accommodations must notify Graves Global Travel, LLC before booking.

While requests may be communicated to Suppliers, accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Travelers remain responsible for determining whether destinations, accommodations, and transportation providers can adequately meet their individual needs.

Graves Global Travel, LLC is not responsible for a Supplier’s inability to accommodate special requests.

 

FOOD ALLERGIES

Travelers with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions must notify Graves Global Travel, LLC prior to booking.

Travelers remain solely responsible for:

  • Verifying food ingredients

  • Communicating allergies

  • Carrying medications

  • Managing medical conditions

Graves Global Travel, LLC shall not be liable for allergic reactions or related medical issues.

 

RISK ACTIVITIES

Many travel experiences involve inherent risks.

Examples include:

  • Water sports

  • Ziplining

  • Excursions

  • Adventure tours

  • Hiking

  • Scuba diving

  • Boating

  • Wildlife encounters

Participation is voluntary.

Travelers assume all risks associated with such activities.

Graves Global Travel, LLC shall not be liable for injuries, illness, property damage, disability, or death arising from participation in any Risk Activity.

 

ILLNESS & INJURY

If a Traveler becomes ill or injured during travel:

  • The Traveler is responsible for obtaining medical care.

  • The Traveler is responsible for all medical expenses.

  • The Traveler is responsible for alternative transportation and accommodations.

Graves Global Travel, LLC is not responsible for medical treatment decisions or costs incurred during travel.

 

BAGGAGE & PERSONAL ITEMS

Travelers are solely responsible for safeguarding personal belongings.

Graves Global Travel, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Lost baggage

  • Delayed baggage

  • Damaged baggage

  • Lost personal items

  • Theft

Claims regarding baggage should be directed to the responsible Supplier.

 

PASSPORTS, VISAS & TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documentation.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Passports

  • Visas

  • Entry permits

  • Vaccination records

  • Health certifications

  • Customs documentation

  • Government travel authorizations

Travelers are responsible for:

  1. Determining documentation requirements for all destinations.

  1. Ensuring all documentation is valid and current.

  1. Ensuring all documentation remains valid throughout the duration of travel.

Many countries require passports to remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return travel date.

Graves Global Travel, LLC is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, denied transit, missed travel arrangements, or financial losses resulting from insufficient documentation.

No refunds shall be provided due to a Traveler’s failure to obtain required documentation.

 

TRAVELER IDENTIFICATION

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), airlines, cruise lines, and international authorities require accurate traveler information.

Traveler names must exactly match the government-issued identification used for travel.

Travelers are responsible for all costs associated with:

  • Name corrections

  • Re-ticketing fees

  • Reservation changes

  • Denied boarding due to inaccurate information

Travelers are encouraged to review all travel documents immediately upon receipt.

 

CRIMINAL RECORDS

Certain countries restrict entry to individuals with criminal records.

Travelers are solely responsible for determining their eligibility to enter any destination.

Graves Global Travel, LLC does not investigate criminal histories and shall not be responsible for denied entry or travel interruptions resulting from criminal background restrictions.

 

PANDEMICS, EPIDEMICS & TRAVEL ADVISORIES

Travelers are responsible for remaining informed regarding:

  • Public health requirements

  • Government advisories

  • Entry restrictions

  • Testing requirements

  • Vaccination requirements

  • Quarantine requirements

Travelers should regularly monitor information provided by:

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

https://www.cdc.gov

U.S. Department of State

https://travel.state.gov

Travel requirements may change before, during, or after travel.

Graves Global Travel, LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from government restrictions, public health emergencies, testing requirements, vaccination requirements, quarantine requirements, or denied entry.

 

RESTRICTED ITEMS

Travelers are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations regarding possession, transport, and use of restricted items.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Firearms

  • Ammunition

  • Alcohol

  • Tobacco products

  • Controlled substances

  • Prescription medications

  • Agricultural products

  • Hazardous materials

Travelers are responsible for understanding all applicable laws in every jurisdiction visited.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Graves Global Travel, LLC acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary.

Travel services are provided by independent Suppliers over whom Graves Global Travel, LLC has no control.

Accordingly, Graves Global Travel, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Supplier negligence

  • Airline delays

  • Airline cancellations

  • Flight schedule changes

  • Lost baggage

  • Hotel issues

  • Cruise line actions

  • Excursion incidents

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather events

  • Political unrest

  • Terrorism

  • Government actions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Injury

  • Illness

  • Death

  • Property damage

  • Emotional distress

  • Financial loss

Under no circumstances shall Graves Global Travel, LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

Any liability that may be imposed upon Graves Global Travel, LLC shall be limited to the amount of service fees paid directly to Graves Global Travel, LLC.

This provision survives termination of these Terms.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Graves Global Travel, LLC and its owners, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, successors, and assigns from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, costs, attorney fees, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your acts or omissions

  • Your negligence

  • Your misconduct

  • Violations of Supplier policies

  • Violations of applicable laws

This provision survives termination of these Terms.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Graves Global Travel, LLC shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such events include but are not limited to:

  • Hurricanes

  • Tropical storms

  • Floods

  • Earthquakes

  • Fires

  • Acts of God

  • Pandemics

  • Epidemics

  • Government actions

  • Travel restrictions

  • War

  • Terrorism

  • Civil unrest

  • Strikes

  • Supplier bankruptcy

  • Transportation disruptions

No refunds shall be required for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or losses caused by Force Majeure events.

Travelers remain responsible for all costs associated with alternative travel arrangements.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either Party may pursue legal remedies as permitted by law.

 

VENUE

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

Both Parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection regarding venue.

 

ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

The Parties agree that electronic signatures, digital signatures, click-through acceptances, payment authorizations, email confirmations, and electronic acknowledgments shall have the same force and effect as original handwritten signatures.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions, together with any Travel Services Agreement, travel proposal, invoice, itinerary, supplier documentation, and written communications issued by Graves Global Travel, LLC, constitute the entire agreement between the Parties.

These Terms supersede all prior discussions, representations, understandings, and agreements relating to the subject matter herein.

By submitting payment, requesting travel planning services, accepting a travel proposal, signing electronically, or otherwise engaging the services of Graves Global Travel, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
