These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are:

Graves Global Travel, LLC
(“Agency,” “Company,” “our,” “us,” or “we”)
AND
You
(“you,” “your,” “yourself,” or “Traveler”)
(each a “Party” and, together, the “Parties”).
The Parties agree as set forth below.
These Terms become effective upon:
Your written, digital, or electronic signature; or
Your delivery of payment authorization to us; or
Your acceptance of any travel proposal, quote, itinerary, consultation, booking, or travel planning service provided by Graves Global Travel, LLC.
These Terms shall remain in effect until completion of your Trip unless terminated earlier in writing by either Party.
Graves Global Travel, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version shall be posted on our website.

DEFINITIONS
“Booking” means a reservation made by Graves Global Travel, LLC regarding your Trip.
“Supplier” means a third party providing Travel Services.
“Traveler” means you and each traveler included on the Booking.
“Travel Services” means travel products and services provided by Suppliers, including but not limited to:
Air transportation
Cruise travel
Hotels and resorts
Vacation rentals
Ground transportation
Excursions
Tours
Entertainment
Travel insurance
Event and group travel services
“Trip” means the combination of all Travel Services reserved through Graves Global Travel, LLC.
“Trip Plan” means the proposal, itinerary, invoice, travel quote, confirmation, or documentation provided to you regarding your Trip.
TRAVELERS
You agree to:
Carefully read and understand these Terms.
Review your Trip Plan and all travel documents.
Confirm acceptance of your Trip Plan.
Make all deposits and payments according to supplier deadlines.
Monitor travel advisories, entry requirements, and health requirements for all destinations.
Provide accurate traveler information.
Comply with all obligations set forth in these Terms.
You represent that:
You are at least eighteen (18) years old.
You have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all travelers included in the Booking.
You are responsible for ensuring all travelers understand and comply with these Terms.
If you do not understand any provision of these Terms, you must contact Graves Global Travel, LLC before making payment.
SERVICE FEES
To compensate for professional planning, research, itinerary development, supplier coordination, and travel management services, the following fees may apply:
Travel Planning Fee
Starting at $25 per itinerary
Consultation Fee
Starting at $50 per consultation
Research Fee
Starting at $50
Change Fee
$25 per modification
Cancellation Fee
$50 per booking
Fees may increase depending upon:
Group travel arrangements
Destination weddings
Luxury travel planning
Multi-destination itineraries
International travel requirements
Custom concierge services
Corporate travel arrangements
All fees are disclosed prior to service.
Service fees are separate from supplier charges and are generally non-refundable once services have been performed.
SUPPLIERS
Suppliers are independent entities and are not employees, agents, affiliates, representatives, or partners of Graves Global Travel, LLC.
Graves Global Travel, LLC does not own, operate, manage, or control any Supplier.
Accordingly, Graves Global Travel, LLC is not responsible for any Supplier’s:
Acts or omissions
Negligence
Errors
Delays
Bankruptcy
Service failures
Safety practices
Contract breaches
Travelers understand that all Supplier reservations are subject to the Supplier’s own terms and conditions.
By authorizing payment, Travelers consent to the use of selected Suppliers.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing and complying with all Supplier requirements.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Graves Global Travel, LLC strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for every traveler.
Travel insurance may provide protection for:
Trip cancellations
Trip interruptions
Medical emergencies
Emergency evacuations
Lost baggage
Travel delays
Supplier insolvency
If you decline travel insurance, you assume all financial risk associated with your Trip.
Graves Global Travel, LLC shall not be responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
This provision survives termination of these Terms.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
You authorize Graves Global Travel, LLC to collect, store, process, and transmit information necessary to provide Travel Services.
Information may include:
Names
Dates of birth
Passport information
Contact information
Emergency contacts
Payment information
Frequent traveler program information
Your information may be shared with Suppliers and service providers as necessary to facilitate your travel arrangements.
Graves Global Travel, LLC does not sell personal information to third parties.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details regarding information collection, storage, and use.
PRICING & INCLUSIONS
All pricing is based upon the inclusions specifically outlined within your Trip Plan.
Unless specifically included, prices generally do not include:
Government taxes
Visa fees
Passport fees
Resort fees
Baggage fees
Seat assignments
Excursions
Gratuities
Transfers
Travel insurance
Personal expenses
Medical expenses
Vaccinations
Supplier pricing and availability may change until payment has been received and confirmed.
Even after payment, Supplier-imposed surcharges, taxes, or governmental fees may apply.
Graves Global Travel, LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors and omissions.

PAYMENT
You agree to make all deposits and payments by the dates specified in your Trip Plan, invoice, or Supplier requirements.
Failure to make timely payments may result in:
Supplier-imposed penalties
Cancellation of reservations
Loss of promotional pricing
Additional fees
Loss of deposits previously paid
Graves Global Travel, LLC shall not be responsible for any consequences resulting from late or missed payments.
If a reservation is canceled due to non-payment, any reinstatement of travel arrangements will be subject to Supplier availability and may incur additional fees.
All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.
CREDIT & DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
By providing a credit card, debit card, or other payment method, you certify that:
You are an authorized user of the payment method.
You authorize Graves Global Travel, LLC and its Suppliers to charge all approved travel-related amounts.
You authorize corrections of processing errors when necessary.
You agree to remain responsible for all charges authorized by you.
If payment is declined for any reason, Graves Global Travel, LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel any pending reservations.
